Project manager needed for high end residential refurbishment company. Based in West London, Holloways of Ludlow are a fast growing design and build company carrying out residential work for clients throughout London.
We are now looking to recruit experienced professional and driven project manager to oversee projects from start to completion and act as the fist point of contact for our clients.
This position will play a vital role in our business. Therefore any suitable candidate must be; highly motivated, well organised and a good communicator with the confidence and experience to be able to meet clients in their homes. You should have sound experience and knowledge of residential construction, managing projects up to the value of £1,000,000.

hands on management approach
effective communicator both written and spoken-fluent English is essential for this role
experience of quoting for work
experience working on similar projects (extensions, basements, full house refurbs)
professional attitude and appearance
MS Office skills
AutoCAD skills an advantage
up to date knowledge and understanding of building regulations and health and safety
drivers licence and access to own vehicle
Must have at least four years experience of running multiple residential refurbishment projects. These must have been private refurbishments and not commercial works.
