Wanda is a boutique creative agency that operates in Putney, south-west London, specialising in retail and consumer spaces. Over the past two decades we have worked with a wide range of major international clients and are seeking an experienced project manager to join our growing team.
As a project manager within Wanda you will need to be process driven and manage the retail team to ensure the delivery of a variety of retail focused projects both on the high street and within the airport environment. You will be expected to provide input from the initial concept briefing stages, through the development, schedules of work, tender preparation, review and implementation stages as well as providing comment and feedback on the production of construction detail packages.
Your role will also encompass managing and coordinating other client appointed consultant team members; monitoring and evaluation, lighting, structural etc. Full working knowledge of JCT contract formats, programme management planning packages, construction (design and management) regulations 2015 and general construction industry best practise is a given.
You will be expected to be responsible for your own time management and should be competent working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Requirements:
proven three year minimum experience in retail or associated project management with a recognised project management qualification
excellent understanding of construction techniques and of the retail environment and detail
skills in Microsoft Project or FastTrack program planning
Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card holder
fluent English, written and spoken
UK resident
