Project Manager – University of Southampton

Working for the Cyber Security Programme manager you will drive change that will include:
Establishing security education and awareness programs for staff, researchers and students
Improving the Universities capacity to quickly identify and address potential cyber threats
Developing and implementing Governance and Policy frameworks
Developing and implementing Mobile Device management
You will already have relevant Project Management experience, including end-to-end delivery of projects with significant business change. You will also have experience of working in complex and / or technical project environments liaising closely with technical teams and delivering technology driven change. Experience of delivering IT Cyber security projects would be an advantage.
You will have a highly professional approach and demonstrable strengths in stakeholder engagement, business change, and team leadership. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills appropriate for a wide range of internal stakeholders. You will be able to build, manage and motivate diverse project teams in a matrix management environment. You will be professional, clear thinking under pressure and be a role model within the PMO.
PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent is essential.
