35 Hours per week (9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday)

£30,782 – £32,021 – Depending upon experience
Swim England is the national governing body for swimming in England.
We help people learn how to swim, enjoy the water, and compete in our sports of swimming, diving, water polo and synchronised swimming.
The Swim England Qualifications team are responsible for creating and awarding qualifications and development opportunities for aquatics around the world. All qualifications are created to inspire the aquatics workforce to deliver the best aquatics experience for all.
We are seeking a Qualifications Development Leader to join our team on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity working within the Swim England Qualifications Department as part of a busy team, you will be responsible for managing the development and continuous improvement of a portfolio of high quality qualifications, CPD and related products that meet the needs of the aquatics sector and regulatory requirements as specified by Ofqual and Qualifications Wales.
Reporting to the Head of Swim England Qualifications, you will be responsible for ensuring that new and existing products meet industry standard and needs. You will manage the progress of development projects and work with a range of stakeholders including regulators, technical experts and approved training centers.
The successful candidate must:
• Have previous experience of project management and working within the educator sector
• Have excellent computer literate skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Be self-motived with a high level of attention to detail
