Managing 15 sport and leisure destinations, including three London 2012 venues: Lee Valley White Water Centre, Lee Valley VeloPark and Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre, we thrive on delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating vibrant visitor destinations.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer experiences consistently across all of our vibrant visitor destinations. You will support all our teams by managing our quality assurance programme, working closely with venue staff and business support teams to ensure processes are followed and continually improved. You will be a champion for customers, helping to deal with customer complaints and service recovery, and ensuring that we treat our customer data in line with GDPR.
Your duties will include:
• Deliver our planned quality assurance programme across venues and the business
• Support our venues to achieve Quest and other quality awards
• Develop your skills as an expert user of our core customer systems so that you can develop the systems to ensure best practice across venues
• Work closely with colleagues at all venues and in all departments to ensure that high standards are maintained and continually improved
• Manage all processes in relation to customer data ensuring GDPR compliance
