Create Development is the thought leader in primary PE and sport education, changing the culture of physical activity and creating positive relationships with physical activity for life.
We help schools, families and communities to provide early PE, Sport and physical activity experiences that create habits and develop relationships to transform the learning and lives of children.
Core Role:
* To manage, develop and support new and existing staff and partners in promoting our brand and values.
* To deliver the National client success strategy across the region in line with core company objectives resulting in a significant impact on the growth of Create.
* To oversee the creative development of the growing workforce to support delivery of our vision and goals.
* Deliver on an identified National lead role and/or contribute to a National working group (to be defined).
* Effective budgeting, projecting and reporting to SLT whilst also keeping Management informed by reviewing and analysing special reports, summarising information and identifying trends.
* Strategic and proactive planning to deliver significant business growth in the region.
