RTC Club Manager – Nottingham Forest Community Trust

Job Description
Key tasks and responsibilities
1. Manage all administration duties ensuring the smooth running of the Regional Talent Club.
2. Manage the organisation of match days.
3. Ensure the completion of match day data on Full-Time.
4. Manage the submission of an annual business plan and twice-yearly financial monitoring reports to The FA.
5. Lead on the 1 – 2 year Club Development Plan for female talent development.
6. Ensure the Regional Talent Club adheres to the FA Policies, Procedures and Regulations for safeguarding children.
7. Ensure that all delivery is fully compliant with the latest health and safety and data protection legislation.
8. Develop and maintain effective positive working relationships with stakeholders and partner organisations.

Skills, knowledge & experience – Essential
1. A high level of competence in using IT and databases.
2. Ability to organise, prioritise and meet deadlines.
3. Knowledge and understanding of child protection issues including holding a current FA Safeguarding Children Workshop certificate.
4. Recent relevant DBS check or willingness to undertake one.
5. Willingness to work evenings, weekends and attend training events when required.
6. Emergency First Aid in Football Qualification (EFAiF).
7. Ability to travel independently.
Skills, knowledge & experience –Desirable
1. Understanding of the FA Women’s and Girl’s player pathway.
2. Designated Safeguarding Welfare Officer.

6. Report directly to the Football Development Manager but be ultimately responsible to the CEO.
7. Undertake any other duties and responsibilities that commensurate with the grade of the post.
