The brand has enjoyed tremendous success in the last few years and is in a period of fast growth, both in the UK and internationally and is seeking an experienced candidate for the sales manager role who can immediately take responsibility for key processes and also further develop alongside this dynamic company.
You must have at least five years relevant experience to apply within the architectural, design or a related high-end industry.
Salary £35,000 to £40,000 dependent on experience, plus incentive package, to start as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities:
work with our senior team to develop and implement UK and international sales and business development strategies
create, define and implement proactive and reactive marketing and sales tactics to increase sales, seeking new markets and opportunities
manage all aspects of the end to end sales process from responding to enquiries, preparing quotes and invoices, taking and monitoring customer orders
being key point of contact for our agents, dealers and clients, answering enquiries and developing excellent client relationships in person, by phone and by email
manage a growing sales team to develop, manage and oversee sales and customer services to a worldwide client base
manage liaison with our logistics and production teams on customer orders
provide sales support at trade fairs including Salone del Mobile Milan and London Design Festival, various other national and international travel will be required
Essential experience and skills:
at least five years experience in sales focused role in the design industry
proven ability to perform and exceed targets within a developing company with global sales
excellent knowledge of the AD market, high-end design and have an established network of contacts within this industry
be efficient, very well organised and have excellent attention to detail
high level of numeracy and literacy in English and ability to work in the UK
a second language would be beneficial but not essential
enjoy exceeding targets, hitting deadlines and solving problems
