Pink Apple Designs is looking for a sales and showroom manager to join our dynamic growing company. The role will involve dealing with customer and contract enquiries generated predominately from our website.
Applicants need to have a good knowledge of classical and modern designer furniture and lighting. They will also need to have a passion for design and a high level of customer service skills.
You will need to be methodical, efficient and have good attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential and you will be required to work on your own as well as in a team. You will also need to be motivated and committed to help grow the company.
Main duties/responsibilities:
speaking and liaising with customers regarding sales and handling quotes
answering the telephone and dealing with queries
maintaining the overall tidiness and appearances of the showroom
oversee logistics movements for deliveries to customers
communicate with shipping providers for overseas deliveries
build relationships with suppliers
compose newsletters and eshot to customers and trade
assist and contribute to social media contribution
any other tasks as deemed necessary by management
Additional high quality product training will also be provided.
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000
Located at our new offices and showroom in the St Albans area.
