Job Description
Due to 5 Star Fitness’ expansion we are looking for a full time experienced level 3 Personal Trainer. The purpose of the role is to manage our new Wetherby gym environment in line with 5 Star Fitness’s standards and values , delivering high quality personal training, fitness advice and customer care whilst ensuring targets and objectives are met to enhance the company’s profitability and reputation. Our ethos is to be a unique health and fitness centre tailoring plans to suit individual needs to ultimately transform the lives of our clients. Duties will include:
• Instructing PT and group sessions
• Generate new business through client consultations
• Achieve realistic targets
• Ensure high quality service levels are maintained at all times
• Ensure client reviews are completed and progress is tracked on a regular basis
