We are looking for an individual who can provide day to day supervision of one of Active Tameside’s Everybody Can services ensuring it operates to a strict statutory framework, is staffed in accordance with ratios and the service is delivered with the highest standards.
You will liaise with the Inclusion and Diversity Manager frequently in relation to the co-ordination, quality assurance and development of the various programmes including Adult Social Care, Special Education and Community and Holiday Respite provisions.
The role holder will have to work alongside other service development managers to oversee and mentor a team of support workers, sports coaches and external instructors in the delivery of high quality, engaging provision for challenging and complex young people from various backgrounds.
You will be required to generate impact, presenting the service in a positive manner. This will ensure you contribute towards all programmes, projects and events, both commercially and operationally.
