Key responsibilities
Maersk is moving from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint Online and the platform needs caretaking and responsible growth. The position will be responsible for Sharepoint Online Workflows within Maersk and will work alongside the Sharepoint Service Owner and the rest of the O365 team.
The Sharepoint Online Workflow Manager employs expertise to deliver cost-effective and fit-for-purpose services. The WM is responsible for processes and plans which deliver the following outcomes:
– Works with the SPO service owner and support team to enforce the workflow governance and works together with the team to ensure the most stable deliverables that give value to the business
– Reaches out to the business requestors to best understand business process automation needs
– Keeps track of the use of Nintex workflows to ensure that costs are kept to an optimal level
– Ensuring O365 / SPO workflow best practice
– Management of the SPO workflow creation and deployment experience to ensure business demands (typically effectiveness, cost-efficiency, stability and availability) are met. This could be from Flow, standard sharepoint workflow or Nintex Cloud workflows.
– Defining and applying measurable guidelines and standards (including data quality measures) to optimise the use of workflows.
– Interface with users of the content, understand their behaviours, and result expectations and help the support team deliver the needed work
– Maintenance and monitoring of complex, business critical workflow and with an eye towards cost optimisation
– Implementing organisation’s IT policies and procedures with regards to permissions, search/navigation and taxonomy
– Maintaining documentation according to organization’s standards
– Acting as daily point of contact for the area and providing (directly or indirectly) general support for enquires
We are looking for
-Proven experience specifically with O365/Sharepoint Online in a workflow expert role
– Knowledge of Nintex workflows a distinct advantage
– Strong O365 experience
– Previous industry experience with large and complex companies beneficial
