Connection, one of the UK leading collaborative furniture providers is looking for a showroom co-ordinator to join the team in their London showroom.
Based in the furniture hub that is Clerkenwell, we are looking for a person to support the showroom manager and sales team in the day to day running of this busy space. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a wholesale or retail environment and have a keen interest in furniture and interiors, and preferably a formal qualification in design.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone wanting to progress their career in sales within the office furniture industry with a progressive, fast growing British manufacturer.
Applicants must be confident and personable, organised and have a keen eye for detail.
Key skills:
presentable with good customer service skills
reactive and able to improvise and take initiative
proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook and social media platforms
a technical understanding of furniture construction, finishes and fabrics
Remuneration circa £20,000 per annum combined with the usual benefits, starting beginning September.
