South WestRegional Delivery Partnerships Manager – England Handball

Job Description
The South West Regional Delivery Partners Manager will be responsible for leading and managing development of handball in the South West region of England through the creation of sustainable, high quality opportunities and partnerships that increase participation in the game at all levels in line with the EHA’s strategic plan objectives.

The postholder will coordinate, and work, with a range of core market partners, to provide high-quality participation and workforce development opportunities to handball stakeholders across the region. They will work in partnership with prioritised local clubs, County Sports Partnerships, local authorities and other key organisations, including those in the education sector.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate experience of managing sport in a community environment, partnership working to deliver sports development activities, a current knowledge and understanding of sports development strategies and policy, and the structures of education based and community sport.
