Last year our team of around 24 people lead the delivery of 35 events in 10 countries helping over 35,000 people realise what they are capable of. In the process our events raised over £16m for charity.
We’re looking for a new member to join our team.

We’ll be asking you to do this
• Help to manage our sponsor and partner relationships across Threshold’s public events, with the support of our Senior Account Manager
• Build close relationships with a number of clients simultaneously, managing monthly meetings and maintaining cross-functional project plans
• Ensure partner rights are delivered through our live events in line with client objectives
• Help to develop and manage budgets for activation plans based on client objectives
• Pre-event planning: Create live event documents such as master schedules, photography briefs and sponsor information sheets
• On site event management of sponsor activations and live event client hosting
• Co-ordinate event debrief meetings and prepare final evaluation reports
• General day-to-day tasks and administration support

• Delivering flawless partner activations alongside breathtaking outdoor events in some of the most beautiful locations in the UK
These skills will also be useful
• An events or hospitality background
• Experience or understanding of handling sponsorship rights and activation planning – either from a brand/rights holder or agency position
• A strong communicator (verbal and written) with excellent people management skills
• Ability to prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Able to take responsibility and use initiative
• Able to listen and relate well – listening to our clients’ needs and translating them into actionable plans whilst also managing their expectations
• Confident in using Word, Excel and ideally Keynote and PowerPoint

THE PACKAGE & OTHER GREAT STUFF
RATE: £23,000 – £25,000 per annum pro rata
HOLIDAY: 28 days pro rata (inc. bank holidays) plus time off between Christmas and
New Year
PENSION: 5% employer contribution after 3 months
FLEXIBLE HOURS: 9-5pm with flexibility for early or late starts and remote working TERM: February to September
