As a store development coordinator you will be required to support the store development and design manager.
You will be responsible for the following:
producing and updating CAD drawings in AutoCAD from sketches/surveys and instructions
surveying sites in store and producing CAD drawings to send to external designers, contractors or colleagues
coordinating and communicating project information efficiently with your line manager, other colleagues of the operations team and the store’s buyers and merchandisers
carrying out administrative tasks (raising orders, issuing permits for works)
assisting in preparing presentation packs for the company (InDesign and 3D modelling)
You will be required to have had training in AutoCAD (intermediate level at least) and possess a basic understanding and awareness of architectural detailing and Interiors. Some retail experience will also be a great advantage!
Other skills required: Word, Excel and Outlook
Bonus skills: 3D modelling and rendering programme (for eg. AutoCAD 3D and Showcase/SketchUp and VRay), Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail; have great interpersonal skills; be able to work well in a team driven environment and be able to adapt various skills to the numerous and diverse needs of the business and its people.
