Job Description
The coach appointed will oversee the physical and athletic development of pupils, providing ideas and advising on appropriate training methods. They will also help to improve the performance levels of teams and individuals as well as prevent the occurrence of avoidable injuries. This will include work with team squads in their sport-specific training and in strength/conditioning sessions, having an oversight of the Fitness suites and working with high performance Sports Academy members and Sport Scholars. There are also opportunities outside this core role, available through the School’s commercial arm, Leys Leisure, to undertake paid work with clients from the wider community. This can be discussed at interview. Accommodation and meals during term time may be provided if available/required, free of charge.
