Mutual Care are in the process of opening our second home and are currently looking to expand our team with up to 5 Residential Support Workers / Childcare Workers to work within our children’s homes in Kenton, Devon.

– UK Driving Licence or equivalent (Required)
– NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (Preferred)
– NVQ/DIP level 3 (Desirable)

You will work alongside an experienced Registered Manager to create an environment that children can thrive in and feel love and affection.

The role
entails working on a shift rota, you will be required to undertake sleep-in duties as part of a regular pattern of work.
