Supporter Services Manager
Department: Supporter Services – Commercial
Accountable to: Head of Customer Relations & Fan Experience

Hours: Full Time (including match days)

What is the role?
To lead, supervise and deliver a high quality and cost effective Supporter Services function. Maintaining day to day operations of the Supporter Services Team whilst ensuring the highest level of service is provided to all supporters and visitors, existing and potential.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a candidate who can manage a team by leading as a great example and set standards of behaviour and positive attitude. This person will have experience managing teams in an ever changing environment and understand the requirements of working with/meeting the needs of disabled customers. They will have exceptional customer service and IT skills. Ideally someone who has worked in a similar role.
The competencies which are required include:
Essential Experience:
• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience in creating/implementing processes & standards.
• Exceptional customer service knowledge and skills.
• Experience of managing teams in a dynamic, ever changing work environment.
Desirable Experience:
• Experience in a similar role beneficial
• Experience working with and meeting the needs of disabled customers
Essential Skills:
• Ability to lead by example and set standards of behaviour and positive attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional communication (written, telephone and face to face).
• A passion for customer service and satisfaction.
• Ability to project a professional image and build rapport with external customers as well as internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional IT skills.
• The ability to embrace the activities and challenges of other departments in the organisation and to promote harmony in the workplace.
