Tennis Coaches x10 – Sports and Leisure Innovation Group

Job Description
Ten qualified level 1 Tennis coaches are required for new children’s tennis programme starting in Bath and surrounding areas after Easter 2017 with a 5 month summer programme.

Hours – 5 to 15 hours per week.
Times – 10am to 12noon / 1pm to 3pm and 4pm to 5.30pm weekdays. Sat mornings between 9.30am and 1pm. Hours to suit.

Expertise – 1 day CPD training provided as a very prescriptive coaching programme aimed at young children.

Venues – Will take place in a number of locations including nurseries, park courts, indoor halls and tennis clubs.

License – you will need a clean driving license or ability to arrive by car share.

Safeguarding – You will need to have a current DBS certificate

Interns – it maybe possible for coaches in other sports and not yet qualified in tennis to take part as assistant intern coaches on good rates of pay.

Suitability – This role is ideal for students wanting to supplement their university or college education, young parents taking a break from the corporate world or local established coaches wanting more work in schools and parks.
