Ticket Office Manager – Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club

Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Ticket Office Manager at Trent Bridge,
the home of Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club.

Working within the Commercial department and managing a small team of Ticket Office and retail staff, you will be responsible for the Club’s ticketing and membership function as well as overseeing the retail operation.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service ensuring members and other ticket holders remain a central pillar of all we do at Trent Bridge. We are seeking a truly customer-focused individual.

You will be adept at using a ticketing system, with an eye for identifying innovation and new functionality in order to improve the sales and operational process. You will also have a keen understanding of the importance of data collection at point of sale to aid our marketing process.

You will have a proven track record in managing a ticketing team and function at a similar venue and of achieving significant sales volumes.
