Job Description
British Triathlon is the National Governing Body for Triathlon, Duathlon and Aquathlon in Great Britain, responsible for raising the profile and delivering medal-winning performances and helping everyone discover, enjoy and achieve in triathlon.
Welsh Triathlon is one of the three Home Nations of British Triathlon, the other two being Triathlon Scotland and Triathlon England. The three Home Nation Associations are responsible for all aspects of triathlon in their respective countries, and contribute to the work of British Triathlon.
Welsh Triathlon are looking to recruit an exceptional individual to work to create a seamless Athlete and Coach Performance Pathway across Wales in line with its highly aspirational strategy. Working with volunteers, and developing partnerships to release funding, is key to delivering a sustainable framework where athletes at all levels are catered for and Wales develops an exceptional coaching workforce.

Though based at Cardiff, the nature of the role will require evening and weekend working and travel across Wales.
