BUCS is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the organisation in the role of Women and Girls Football Development Officer.
This is a great opportunity for someone to join BUCS and help shape the future of Women and Girls Football and Futsal in Higher Education.

The successful applicant will oversee a number of programmes and projects within Higher Education football and futsal to drive FA Gameplan for growth and BUCS strategy objectives. You will work closely with the FA, BUCS member institutions and other key stakeholders relevant to the development of the grassroots game.

This is a fixed term role until 2020, with an extension subject to future funding confirmation. The Job description advertises the role location as flexible, with the role being based at the BUCS Office in central London or remotely based. This will be agreed with the preferred candidate. However, there is an expectation for the post holder to be in the BUCS office on a regular basis (approximately one day every two weeks). The role will additionally involve regular national travel to BUCS member institutions and funded partners. This role may involve weekend and evening work as well as some overnight stays at BUCS events (all reasonable expenses will be reimbursed).
