Summary
The Workforce Development Co-ordinator is responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of an education service and programme to meet the identified and future needs of the region, supporting and underpinning increased participation and access to gymnastics.
The Role
To co-ordinate / facilitate a training and development plan and service for the -workforce
To co-ordinate and maximise the effectiveness of the London delivery workforce
To be the nominated Head of Centre for 1st4Sport accredited awards
To ensure procedural and financial compliance across all of the relevant processes and systems
The Person
The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and local partners; a good knowledge of workforce development; be organised; have accurate financial and administration skills and enjoy working in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
