Job Description
The post will play a critical support in the engagement and mentoring support services for
young people in a variety of programmes and projects within the organisation.
As part of the front line delivery team, we are looking for someone who can work with and
alongside the coaching team but can apply mentoring support to assist in the diverse and
often complex needs presented by our participants.
Your back ground could be in youth work, health or education but most of all you will have an empathy and sound understanding of how to connect and support individuals in need, through a range of interventions.
A sound experience of Safe Guarding will be essential. The post will be 18.5 hours per week on an agreed timetable that meets the programme needs.
