Job Description
Middlesbrough Football Club Foundation (MFCF) is the Club’s independent charity set up in 1996 by Chairman Steve Gibson. We use the power of the MFC brand to engage with the community to provide opportunities for disadvantaged young people and adults to maximise their potential to achieve.
This is an exciting and unique opportunity to work with a Professional Football Club to engage and inspire young people by supporting the delivery of MFC Foundations Premier League Inspires alternative education programme and implementing new community sessions with a focus on performing arts.

The Role:
• Support the delivery of MFC Foundations Premier League Inspires alternative education programme.
• Create and deliver a programme of performing arts engagement sessions.
• Working closely with project coordinators in ensuring all project targets and KPIs are met.
• Carrying out administrative duties as necessary including maintaining accurate attendance registers, planning of sessions and assessments of performance.
• Contributing towards the evaluation of projects and ensuring monitoring systems are consistently maintained.
• Building sustainable relationships with the communities of East Cleveland.
• Inclusive approach to engagement and delivery.

Candidates must:
• Be eligible to work in the UK
• Have the ability to develop and deliver innovative and engaging workshops.
• Work independently ensuring high standards are met at all times.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills together with good organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Have knowledge of using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office
• Have a high regard for equality and diversity and be able to apply this within a quality service delivery
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
