Premier Gospel is a 24 hour music based station broadcasting to an audience of over 700,000 across London on DAB and online. We’re looking for a Content Producer with experience in radio production and a keen interest in social media. It’s a great opportunity for a second jobber. As part of the wider Premier Christian Communications team there are opportunities to work across other platforms including, print and video.
The main duties include:
Daily production of magazine and specialist shows including guest bookings and creation of features as directed
Repurpose content from shows for online and promotional use
Provide content for social media platforms
Monitor audience feedback online, via social media or direct and feedback appropriately to the Station Director and trends and issues.
Provide information about forthcoming programmes/guests/themes and competitions to the Station Director (when necessary) and in the Programme Diary and Guest Booking Document.
Support any outside broadcasts or events where required.
Provide creative contribution to editorial team meetings where required

Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in communication.
Broad understanding of the Church and related issues.
Experience in radio or media environment.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Photoshop and other regularly used applications.
Excellent team working skills.
Abilities & skills:
Excellent communication skills, written, oral and public speaking.
Good broadcasting voice.
Excellent negotiation skills combined with flexibility.
Proven administration, multi-tasking, and prioritising and organisational skills.
Able to work under pressure & good time keeping
