About the role
Technology is at the heart of everything we do, and the landscape is changing rapidly, and we are investing in people who have the ability to organise, support and make efficient use of resources internally to build and execute all projects. This is to help learners and higher education providers with a totally bespoke, unique application service. To ensure we provide the best support, we are hiring a Digital Content Editor who will develop and maintain the content plan.
The Digital Content Editor
Maintain close operational relationships with all parties to ensure regular refreshing of engaging content within each of the key themes of content. (measured through increased traffic and customer satisfaction scores).
Experience of using CMS and online video platforms
Monthly review and report on web analytics to understand and communicate how content is performing and to adapt plans based on response.
Ability to plan and proactive maintenance of content plan.
Package
c.£30,000 with 25-days leave (plus an additional four days for Christmas closure), flexible-benefits and a contributory stakeholder pension.
