Sleeper Magazine, the leading international magazine for hotel design and architecture, is looking for an Editor to spearhead the creation of a new B2B title aimed at professionals working in food and drink for the international hotel industry.

This position offers a unique opportunity to shape a title from launch. We are looking for an inspirational, creative individual who can establish and embody the editorial voice of an exciting new magazine.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in all aspects of magazine editing, the personal attributes needed to represent the publication at industry conferences and exhibitions as well as the ability to develop a media brand across activities in print, online and events.

They will be hard working, self-motivated, highly organised and willing to work flexibly to maintain the high standards we have established over thirty years in trade publishing.

There will also be extensive opportunities for international travel, in the dynamic constantly evolving world of hospitality.

This position would suit an experienced editor who is comfortable with a hands-on involvement in all stages of magazine production – from conceiving and commissioning exceptional editorial content (both visual and written), to writing their own copy and laying out pages in close collaboration with our in-house production team.

A proven professional interest in hospitality, design, photography, food and drink will also stand you in good stead.
