We are looking for savvy, motivated and organised individuals to join the team on a range of commercial projects throughout all stages. Preference will be given to candidates with a strong UK multi-unit residential experience and exposure to all project stages. If you are looking for plenty of opportunities to get direct, hands-on experience and site exposure, this is the job for you!

Required skills and experience:

Part-II or Part-III with between three to five years PQE in the UK working on high quality residential projects
familiarity of UK building regulations, legislation and planning policies
exposure running projects from inception through to completion (full life cycle)
technically sound with proficiency using AutoCAD and some knowledge of Revit and Adobe Creative Suite highly advantageous
excellent oral/written English language plus interpersonal skills
meticulous, articulate and self-assured in client/contractor facing scenarios
