Reporter – The Pharmaceutical Journal – London, England

Based: London (relocating to 66-68 East Smithfield E1W in Summer)

The Pharmaceutical Journal Publications, a division owned by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) and a leading publisher in pharmacy practice and science, is looking to appoint an experienced news reporter.

You will be able to turn your hand to coverage of health policy affecting the practice of pharmacy and to the science behind drug development — bringing insight to our readers with in-depth coverage. You have proven writing ability and are able to deliver high-quality content on time, making use of social media as well as contributing to data-driven graphics.

You have a strong news sense and a background in science, medical or healthcare publishing. An understanding of current clinical practice and the pharmacist’s changing role in healthcare is desirable, as is experience or enthusiasm to engage with podcasts and video blogs.

Working within a small but enthusiastic editorial team, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop in a progressive digital-first publishing environment.

We offer excellent benefits, a supportive working environment and the opportunity for you to grow and enhance your existing skills with both on and off the job training.

If this sounds like the role for you, please get in touch. The full job description can be found at: http://www.rpharms.com/vacancies
