Imperial College Healthcare Charity’s fundraising and communications department is looking for an experienced fundraising manager with a proven track record in managing community fundraising teams and delivering financial targets to join our fun and innovative team as we go from strength to strength in delivering our supporter strategy across Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust’s five hospitals.
Reporting to the Director of Fundraising and Communications you will be responsible for achieving own and team targets and objectives, the performance management of two members of staff including regular reviews, work plans, on-going evaluation against objectives and KPIs, creating and implementing new fundraising activities appropriate for a hospital audience, managing income and expenditure budgets and providing monthly financial reporting and analysis.
In addition, you must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate well with people from all walks of life within the hospitals and local community. The role requires commitment, attention to detail and a passion for all things fundraising.
The post is based at our charity office in St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington.
