Volunteering is a key element of Regional Fundraising’s strategy for income growth at Marie Curie. As Fundraising Volunteer Development Manager for your designated region, you will work with fundraising teams to provide development support to attract, develop, involve and enthuse a wide range of passionate and committed fundraising volunteers.
At the heart of our strategy is the continued expansion and management of a successful and effective income generating volunteer fundraising group network.
The successful candidate will be a volunteering or fundraising professional, with experience of forming and working with fundraising groups and volunteers, delivering training and coaching staff to be confident in involving volunteers, contributing to the development of volunteer programmes and working with regionally based teams.
