JOB DESCRIPTION – MEDICAL ADMINISTRATOR
Salary Scales: £16,818 – £24,173 p.a. pro rata
Grade: Level 1 (Operations)
Hours of Work: Such hours as necessary to carry out your duties. This will involve a minimum of 7.5 hours per week (may include working outside normal office hours at evenings and weekends and on Public Holidays) Working hours are flexible but we are looking to cover a minimum of three days a week, with at least one of those days being a Wednesday based at the Performance Unit, Portland. Hours within those days can be flexible on discussion with the Line Manager.
Location: The normal place of work is British Sailing Team Performance Unit, Portland, DT5 1DX, however the EIS may from time to time require you to travel to and work at other offices. With agreement from Line Manager, some working hours maybe completed from home.

ROLE SUMMARY
The role involves overseeing the smooth running of the sports medicine service at an EIS site, through the provision of medical administration, and supporting the Chief Medical Officer and Physiotherapists with the daily running of the services at the Performance Unit; working as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering services to sailors and coaches.
