Job Description
Preston Sports Clinic is looking for a motivated and experienced MSK physiotherapist to join the team within our private practice. The role is best suited for a physiotherapist keen to be part of an enthusiast and growing clinic, assessing and treating private MSK clients.
Employment Type: Self-Employed (Flexible hours)
Starting Pay: Up to £30 per hour (rate dependant on appointment type)
Person Specification
– BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy
– Full registration with the HCPC
– A minimum of 3 years MSK experience
– Experience working in sport
– Valid first aid certificate
Role responsibilities
· Assessing and treating a wide variety of MSK cases with differing ages, activity level and sporting backgrounds including semi-professional and full-time athletes with are self paying or insurance based.
· Provide a combination for hands on (if required) and exercise-based treatment.
· Create short, medium and longer term exercise-based rehabilitation plans specific to the client’s needs, ability and sporting background, including end stage/return to play rehab.
· Maintain detailed medical notes.
· Writing referral letters for clients if necessary.

A clinic passionate about helping people overcome their injuries to return to general activities or sports of all levels. Many of our clients have active lifestyles or compete within a given sport, however we also see non-sports related cases in clinic on a daily basis.
