Volunteer Event Massage Therapist – Breast Cancer Care

Job Description
The Breast Cancer Care Pink Ribbonwalks are much loved walking events that are now in their twelfth year. Over 5000 people will walk 5, 10 or 20 miles at one of six stunning locations around the UK. Each participant will raise at least £100 for Breast Cancer Care to help us provide care, support and information for anyone affected by breast cancer from day one.

A short leg massage after a challenging walk makes a huge difference to our walkers and helps to ensure that they leave the event happy and comfortable. By volunteering you’ll be helping us to make the event a success so we can support as many people living with breast cancer as possible. You’ll also get to meet lots of local people who may become future clients – you’re more than welcome to give out your business card and wear your own T-shirt advertising your company or school.

The events we need support with are:
Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire – Saturday 14 May
Polesden Lacey, Surrey – Saturday 21 May
Stourhead, Wiltshire – Saturday 11 June

We would need you from 1.00pm – 6.00pm. The majority of walkers will finish between 3.30pm – 5.00pm, however some may not finish until 5.30pm. If you can stay for longer or can only come for a shorter time, that’s fine – just let us know when you register.
