To assist in maintaining the store to company standards in order to maximise sales and minimise losses. To appraise a customer’s needs and to give the highest level of luxury service at all times. To represent the brand and be an Armani/Casa ambassador.
Duties and responsibilities:
opening the showroom, ensuring presentation is up to standard, ensuring display in line with the showrooms corporate image and is clean and tidy
liaising with trade/retail customers and private clients via email, phone and in person in the showroom
providing technical information to the customers
sealing with customer quotations
building relationship with new customers and maintaining relationships with old clients
dealing with first hand client queries and escalating where necessary
arranging deliveries, making sure items are delivered as programmed, managing client’s and delivery companies’ needs
obtaining feedback from client following sales and deliveries
working closely with suppliers
assisting the trade and retail manager on daily tasks
manage physical deliveries and transfer of items between stores, head office and external locations
Skills and behaviours for success:
self-motivated and good initiative
passionate about the sales industry
previous experience in high end luxury products
have quality customer service expertise and first-rate interpersonal skills
possess creative and innovative sales ideas
Qualifications and experience:
minimum two years’ retail experience
product knowledge and passion for interiors
