Description:
We are looking for a sales professional with a minimum of two years experience in luxury retail. Experience in home ware would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
This position is a maternity cover one year contract but as the company is expanding, it may lead to a permanent position.
Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 PA plus team bonus
Responsibilities:
engage with all customers who walk through the door
deal with inquiries to a successful completion
process customer orders accurately and manage expectations regarding lead times
maximise sales and work towards reaching the store target
support other team members when needed
complete administrative duties as required
help maintain visual merchandising standards
Requirements:
two years experience in luxury retail
excellent verbal and written communication skills
computer literate to an intermediate level, including Microsoft office
experience working within a team
a second language would be an advantage
excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
