You must hold a valid RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or equivalent (supported by proven training record). The STA NARS lifeguard qualification may be accepted if accompanied by spinal and CPR units.
We are looking for an exceptional individual capable of providing a safe environment and who delivers an excellent customer service experience that exceeds expectations.
With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you will be enthusiastic, punctual and reliable. You will have basic literacy and numeracy skills. It would be advantageous to have a valid first aid qualification but this is not essential, as training will be provided.
These are full-time positions working 37 hours per week. A shift system which includes working evenings, weekends and bank holiday/closure days is currently in operation.
