Overview:
Lee Broom is one of the UK’s leading product and interior designers. Based in Shoreditch we design, manufacture and sell our lighting and furniture products through over 100 dealers in 35 countries and direct to the global A&D community. We are currently rapidly growing both our product sales and distribution network.
We are now recruiting a sales consultant to join our team. We are looking for someone with strong and successful experience in furniture and lighting sales to dealers and the A&D community and excellent client management and organisational skills.
You must have at least two year’s relevant experience to apply.
Key responsibilities:
work with our head of sales to develop UK and international sales and business development strategies
create, define and implement proactive and reactive marketing and sales tactics to increase sales
manage all aspects of the end to end sales process from responding to enquiries, preparing quotes and invoices, tracking customer orders
being a key point of contact for our dealers and clients developing excellent client relationships in person, by phone and by email
manage liaison with our logistics and production teams
provide sales support at our flagship store, online store and at trade fairs including Salone del Mobile Milan and London Design Festival
Essential experience and skills:
at least two years experience in a sales focused role in the design industry
proven ability to perform and exceed targets
excellent knowledge of the commercial interior design market and of the design industry
good understanding of the difference in sales and business development dynamics between the retail, trade and wholesale design markets
be efficient, very well organised and have excellent attention to detail
high level of numeracy and literacy in English and able to work in the UK

have the required experience with a similar type of design company in lighting and furniture sales

be wanting to grow and take on more responsibility as we expand rapidly over the next two to three years
