Has strong organisational and leadership skills in supporting, managing and motivating staff, pupils and families.
Has proven track record of driving standards and securing improvements for children
Is an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour
Can play a lead role in assessment, ensuring that school makes effective use of data as a tool for school improvement
Is a team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to identify and lead change in a positive way and line manage staff
