Job Description
We are seeking to recruit a highly passionate Strength and Conditioning coach with a growth mindset to join our team. The successful applicant will possess very strong interpersonal skills and work closely with coaches and multi-disciplinary team practitioners to help achieve performance goals.
The post holder will be responsible for planning, programming and coaching Strength and Conditioning, which is evidence based. They will deliver to a portfolio of sports and predominantly students, but may also support external clients.
A degree in Sports Science or similar subject and a demonstrable record of continuous professional development in applied Strength and Conditioning are essential. Also, industry recognized professional accreditation and a qualification at higher degree level specialising in physical preparation of athletes are desirable.
The appointment will be on a full time, open ended contract.
