Outspoken Training are recruiting motivated individuals to deliver fun, dynamic and high quality Bikeability cycle training courses to children in Cambridgeshire. The work you do is highly valued and successful candidates will be given full training. As well as being a competent cyclist, you must be able to communicate effectively and ideally have some previous experience and a strong interest in coaching or teaching.

    The job
The aim of Outspoken Training’s courses are to equip participants with the skills and confidence to ride more. Bikeability is an exciting and fun, practical training programme promoting the positive use of bicycles whilst developing individuals’ skills and confidence in both on and off road environments.

Successful candidates will work on a freelance basis as an accredited National Standard instructor with hours agreed well in advance. A substantial part of the work will involve training children predominately in primary schools to Bikeability National Standard Levels 1 and 2 during school hours. The work requires an enhanced DBS disclosure which will be paid for by Outspoken Training. The training you will be given will provide you with a national government-accredited qualification, recognised all over England and Wales.
