Head Rugby Coach – University College London Union

Job Description
UCLU Women’s Rugby Club are looking for an experienced and committed coach for their 1st XV.

We want someone that is ready to dedicate their time for training, matches and occasional classroom sessions.

This person should be able to inspire new players to rugby as well as encourage more advanced players to continue with the sport and improve on their existing skills.

The club train on Sunday evenings (6-8pm at Wood Green) and Wednesday afternoons (2 hour session either in Regents Park or at our home grounds of Shenley), or in the event of a game from times roughly between 11am – 5pm.

Ideal Start date: 11th January 2016

Applicants are required to be qualified as a lead coach (Level 2 or above), have first aid qualifications, and have relevant insurance.

The 1st XV currently play in BUCS SE2B and also have our big game of the season, Varsity, against King’s College London in mid-March.

Experience coaching women desired but not necessary.
