Are you:

An exemplary classroom practitioner with at least 3 years experience
Friendly and approachable with excellent communication and organisational skills
Passionate and committed to achieving high standards for all children through a creative and exciting curriculum
Experienced in leading an area of responsibility
Self motivated with the drive and energy to help lead the school to excellence
Able to lead, motivate and inspire children and staff
Experienced in using a range of strategies to engage parents
