These are more than just words \u2013 we have already created a strong performance system and have more talented athletes than has ever been the case in GB. The sport continues to see unprecedented levels of interest at grassroots level, and we have seen the number of teams grow from 7 to 22 over the last 4 years with more still waiting to gain GBWR recognition.<\/p>\n<p>The foundations are now in place to achieve podium success and we are interested to hear from experienced coaches, who share our ambition, passion for the sport and our core values.
