Providing and organising medical cover for all training sessions and games, across all ages within the academy<br \/>\n&#8211; Match day cover for U18 Squad<br \/>\n&#8211; Extensive design and delivery of the Academy medical programme which will include, injury prevention, medical screening, player rehab, return to play protocols, and pre and post-match treatment<br \/>\n&#8211; Management and maintenance of player maintenance tools including PMA and medical databases<br \/>\n&#8211; Ensure continuity of medical provision across all phases within the Academy<br \/>\n&#8211; Support and mentoring of medical intern staff, including CPD programmes<br \/>\n&#8211; MCSP\/HCPC registered<br \/>\n&#8211; Minimum 1 years Musculoskeletal\/Sports injury clinic experience<br \/>\n&#8211; Experience in the rehabilitation of sports injuries in line with return to play protocols<br \/>\n&#8211; Flexible approach to working hours<br \/>\n&#8211; Good communication and interpersonal skills<br \/>\n&#8211; Be trustworthy and adhere to the club\u2019s code of conduct and values<br \/>\n&#8211; Work with enthusiasm to help grow and develop the Academy Medicine programme<\/p>\n<p>Desirable:<br \/>\n&#8211; Experience of working within a professional football club academy<br \/>\n&#8211; Knowledge and understanding of FA and Football League rules relating to player development (EPPP)<br \/>\n&#8211; FA IFAS or AREA Qualification<br \/>\n&#8211;
