VAS\u2019s Community Accountancy Service delivers independent examinations, advice and information, group support, and training for voluntary and community organisations and social enterprises locally.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We are looking for a Senior Accountant to:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Lead the development and delivery of high quality accountancy services to support and strengthen financial management and practice in voluntary and community organisations and social enterprises<br \/>\n\u2022 Lead a small team and line manage CAS staff, volunteers and freelance workers \u2022 Lead on business development for CAS\u2019s services to ensure sustainability<\/p>\n<p><strong>Have you&#8230;<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 substantial accounts preparation experience and accountancy qualifications at a minimum of AAT (full member)<br \/>\n\u2022 extensive experience of computerised accounting packages<br \/>\n\u2022 good communication skills<br \/>\n\u2022 experience of working with a range of organisations on financial management<br \/>\n\u2022 the ability to lead a small team to deliver high quality services?<\/p>\n<p>If so, we want to hear from you!
