Also to work alongside our head of learning &amp; coaching to develop tools and deliver content to enable coaches and players to analyse their behaviours in learning, performance &amp; competition.<br \/>\nThis may include but not restricted to; pre-match and post-match team and individual technical analysis, live coding of matches, training analysis, and data trend analysis. Other responsibilities would include:<br \/>\n\u2022 Filming of various Academy matches\/training but specifically the U18 group.<br \/>\n\u2022 Providing opposition analysis as required<br \/>\n\u2022 Leading and producing best practice videos for staff and players throughout the Academy<br \/>\n\u2022 Delivering\/supporting Analysis workshops for YDP and FP players<br \/>\n\u2022 Supporting staff and players with 6- and 12-week reviews as required<br \/>\n\u2022 Keeping all records up to date &amp; managing content on PMA<br \/>\n\u2022 Developing new and insightful initiatives and practices for evaluating team and player performance<br \/>\n\u2022 Liaising with relevant medical, fitness and football staff regarding player development<br \/>\n\u2022 Managing staff and setting schedules for interns<br \/>\n\u2022 Administration cover in the academy office as and when required \u2013 currently on Wednesdays<\/p>\n<p>Must be available to work weekends and this role will involve travel.<br \/>\nThe Club has a strong reputation as an upholder of EFL diversity and inclusion policies and welcomes applications from BAME candidates, who are suitable qualified with a degree in the relevant field. Our preference is for applicants to have experience working within an EFL Club Academy with knowledge of game coding software, Hudl software and various filming equipment.
