The Team Leader plays a vital role in the success of Team England at the Games. They will play a key role in connecting the activity of Swim England and British Swimming and will be an integral part of; the build-up to the Games in terms of information gathering, administration and communication; during the Games as the lead team member for the daily organisation and management of Swimming; and after the Games as a driver of the overall Swim England Aquatics and Team England evaluation.<br \/>\nThis is only the third time that England has hosted the Commonwealth Games and you will be responsible for delivering the most successful England Swimming Team in Games history. The event will also be the British Swimming benchmark meet for the year, making it a key part of the Paris Olympic cycle for our swimmers.
